Meu último pedido pedi 22:30 e chegou 00:30.
Você manda msg reclamando e eles finge que nem é com eles.
Fui cliente por mais de 3anos e como não mudaram abandonei, só peço se estiver sem opções.

Todo dia uma desculpa diferente!
Quando não tem desculpa, simplesmente cancelam o pedido!
Seja diretamente com a loja, ou através de apps, sempre ruim o atendimento!
Mesmo que o lanche seja saboroso, não compensa esse tipo de atendimento.
Shameful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi pelo ifood, 2 horas e o pedido não chegou, tento ligar e o telefone está desligado. Não tem nem como classificar o atendimento como péssimo pois simplesmente não tem atendimento o estabelecimento. Primeira e única vez que peço.
I asked for ifood, 2 hours and the order didn't arrive, I try to call and the phone is turned off. There is no way to classify the service as terrible because the establishment simply does not have service. First and only time I ask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lanche bom, mais quase sempre mandam lanche faltando, pedido errado, ou simplesmente falam que o lanche está chegando e não chega, fazendo agnt esperar até tarde, pedi o lanche era 22:30, 23:00 mandei mensagem eles falaram que estava com o motoboy, deu 00:00 nada, 1:00 nada de chegar, falta de respeito se não vai fazer a entrega e só falar.
