★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a loja no sábado 09/11 conhecer acabei gostando do modelo porém a vendedora estava desinteressada em vender pois pedia um tamanho e ela me empurrava outro alegando que não ia servir, cheguei em casa e pedi fui provar adivinhem não serviu ficou largo na canela mas muito mesmo e eu fiquei chateada, fui provar o top era m como ela mesmo me forçou a levar dizendo que não serveria um tamanho p, também não serviu. Entrei em contato com a loja e a gerente disse que não troca porém ela iria fazer uma cortesia de trocar pois a vendedora errou comigo só que não teria tamanho p que o top e tamanho único e eu disse então o q adianta trocar se não vai me servir, o certo era ela trocar por outra coisa porém não se deu o trabalho ... Digo a todos vcs que compram em qualquer lugar vá atraz dos seus direitos pois não e de graça e vcs suaram por aquele dinheiro pode ser um centavo porém tem seu valor eu não indico essa loja apesar da qualidade se boa o atendimento e péssimo... Aliás nem cupom fiscal a vendedora quis me dar pois estava muito lotado a loja e ela nao me disse que não trocava e nem disse que os tamanhos era único fiquei chocada
I went to the store on Saturday 09/11 to know I ended up liking the model but the saleswoman was disinterested in selling because she asked one size and she pushed me another claiming it would not fit, I came home and asked I was guessing it did not fit was wide in the shin but very much and I was upset, I went to prove the top was m as she even forced me to say that would not fit a size p, also did not fit. I contacted the store and the manager said no change but she would do a courtesy change because the seller made a mistake with me but it would not have size p than the top and one size and I said then what is the use of changing if it will not fit me , the right was she exchange for something else but did not bother ... I tell you all who buy anywhere go behind their rights because it is not free and you sweat for that money can be a penny but has its value I do not indicate this store despite the quality if the service is good and lousy ... By the way neither the salesperson wanted to give me a tax coupon because it was too crowded the store and she did not tell me that did not change and said the sizes was unique shocked
