Comprei um vestido da marca AHA em dezembro de 2021. Não tinha usado até janeiro de 2022. Usei e qdo lavei o vestido que era bege, ficou manchado de branco e beje. Como era um tecido delicado não coloquei na máquina. Levei p a loja MODENNA e eles falaram q iria p análise e me ligariam. Hj dia 22 de abril resolvi ir na loja pois não tive nenhuma resposta. Chegando lá a dona falou q o problema foi da minha lavagem. Ou seja, fiquei com um prejuízo de 299,00 porque o vestido não tem como usar porque manchou todo. FICA AQUI MINHA INSATISFAÇÃO COM A LOJA MODENNA.
I always buy clothes from this store. I loved the clothes there.
I bought an AHA dress in December 2021. I hadn't worn it until January 2022. I wore it and when I washed the dress which was beige, it was stained with white and beige. As it was a delicate fabric I didn't put it in the machine. I took it to the MODENNA store and they said they would go for analysis and they would call me. Today April 22 I decided to go to the store because I had no response. When I got there, the owner said that the problem was my washing. In other words, I was left with a loss of 299.00 because the dress cannot be used because it stained all over. HERE IS MY DISSATISFACTION WITH THE MODENNA STORE.
