Péssimo atendimento ao telefone antes mesmo de fechar negócio. Atendente totalmente antiprofissional, não sabe atender bem, não espera o cliente ir atrás do serviço da empresa, praticamente me espantou por telefone mesmo. Ridícula.

Terrible phone service even before closing deal. Totally unprofessional attendant, does not know how to attend well, does not expect the customer to go after the service of the company, practically amazed me over the phone even. Ridiculous.

E prestem bastante atenção nas informações porque no contrato não informa qual tipo de material, somente cores e modelo. As demais empresas que pesquisei antes trabalham somente com MDF , achei que com essa fosse igual.
It is not 100% MDF and this information was not provided, only color options. I was really upset. And pay close attention to the information because the contract does not inform which type of material, only colors and model. The other companies I researched before work only with MDF, I thought this one was the same.
