★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui arrancar 1 dente do siso e estava com muita dor porque não havia pego anestesia, automaticamente saiam lágrimas por conta da pressão eu falava que estava doendo MUITOO, o dr. falou que se eu chorasse mais, iria "acabar com o dia dele ".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei Meu filho com dor no domingo a noite,o médico foi acionado e após 1 hora chegou na unidade,fomos super bem atendidos ,apesar da espera meu filho saiu de lá ser dor nenhuma,o funcionário da portaria foi muito simpático, e o Dentista tbem foi super gentil com meu filho, gostaria de agradecer.

Desde o dia 18/07 tentando fazer procedimentos e não consigo por conta de profissionais extremamente despreparados! Passei com três dentistas deste período até hoje e tive TRÊS diagnósticos diferentes para o mesmo dente. Apesar de passar em consulta com três profissionais NENHUM sequer fez nenhum procedimento em mim. Uma dentista inclusive, me disse que o dente não precisava de canal e colocou só uma massinha para restauração, porém na minha ficha colocou que fez um procedimento para preparar para o canal. Vai entender né! Povo ruim! Não sabem orientar o paciente em nada! Cuidado,

Since July 18, trying to do procedures and I can't because of extremely unprepared professionals! I spent with three dentists from this period until today and had THREE different diagnoses for the same tooth. Despite going through a consultation with three professionals, NONE even did any procedure on me. One dentist even told me that the tooth did not need a root canal and she only put a putty for restoration, but in my file she said that she had undergone a procedure to prepare for the root canal. You will understand right! Bad people! They don't know how to guide the patient in anything! Caution,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho Mogi donto a anos mas hj precisei passar após as 18h no plantão cheguei exatamente as 20:05 estou aqui até agora e nada do dentista chegar já são 21:47, na parte de plantão 24h só se for de espera na Mogi Donto de Mogi das Cruzes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite. Sou cliente da mogidonto há mais de 20 anos, e durante esse período sempre fui muito bem atendido com resoluções, resultados com satisfação. De forma que, sempre indiquei pessoas com depoimento de serviço prestado com sucesso além do ambiente amigável!
Participo da evolução da empresa, ao longo de mais de 20 anos!
Agora como cliente insatisfeito, questiono… como vocês trocam os Drs dos plantões experientes, que conhecem seus pacientes, por exemplo: Dra Vanessa, Dr Tovar e Dr Roberto, que sempre atendem com eficiência remediando e muitas das vezes concluindo um resultado logo no serviço de emergência! Sei que estão sob uma nova direção, desejei até sorte quando soube, mas hoje tive a infeliz experiência quando estive na mogidonto necessitando de uma restauração de um dente que quebrou, na frente, onde encontro um Dr que me olhou sem eu nem sentar na cadeira e me disse que seria impossível realizar qualquer restauração e que iria gastar muita resina, que não ia segurar e etc… sendo que eu mesmo falei, faça algo provisório, algo de emergência.., segunda eu retorno e busco fazer uma coroa e outro serviço. Ele disse que não tinha jeito nenhum! Achei que fosse uma pegadinha! Fui para meu carro e me senti totalmente desprezado! Após 40 min retornei, pensando que não seria possível que ele não poderia tentar amenizar até segunda! E ele novamente, mas que dessa vez com menos atenção, me disse: não tem nada a fazer! Continue a questionar, para ele tentar por favor! Ele disse que não dava, que iria gastar muito material!

Agora Srs responsáveis pela Mogidonto, o que os Srs querem fazer com essa empresa? Tirando os competentes! E com nós os pacientes???? Que mantemos vocês!!!! E só exigimos um serviço no qual pagamos para ter profissional, como tínhamos até então?! Vão insistir nesse plantão???? Quando vocês vão trabalhar com odontologia novamente???
