★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrível! Me venderam um produto q não tinha no estoque. Quando me entregaram o material q comprei ficaram faltando o gabinete e a pia dá cozinha inventaram uma desculpa disseram q era por causa chuva.
Liguei no dia seguinte pedindo q entregassem pois havia estiado me informaram q não havia a pia no estoque q eu tinha q espera chega. Me recusei a esperar pois a reforma dá minha casa está parada esperando chegar justamente o q comprei td de pernas pró ar, desmontado.
Me ofereceram outra mais carA porém eu teria q pagar a diferença.
Onde já se viu isso?
Quero uma resolução!
Comprei sexta 16/06 data prevista de entrega terça 20/06. Conversamos hj e só fui informada q não havia o produto porque eu liguei. Se não estaria no escuro!
Terrible! They sold me a product that I didn't have in stock. When I was handed the material I bought, the cabinet and the kitchen sink were missing an excuse they said was because it was rain.
I called the next day asking for it to be delivered because it had been informed that there was no sink in the store that I had to wait for. I refused to wait because the renovation of my house is stopped waiting to arrive just what I bought all legs upside down, disassembled.
I was offered another more expensive one but I would have to pay the difference.
Where have you seen this?
I want a resolution!
Bought Friday 16/06 expected delivery date Tuesday 20/06. We talked today and I was only informed that there was no product because I called. If not I would be in the dark!

Comprei o produto de uma marca entregaram de outra, e se não vejo iria ficar por isso mesmo , e não tem a menor pressa de resolver , minha casa destelhada , porque disseram que entregariam numa quarta de manhã, o pedreiro destelhou pra colocar a caixa d'agua , e cadê a caixa ? Tive que pagar a mais para o pedreiro , por terem entregado uma caixa d'agua errada. Liguei 3 vezes , fora as mensagens no whatssap, e eles sem a mínima pressa .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência, fiz uma compra no dia 15/09/21, fizeram a entrega no dia 16, não atentamos no momento da entrega que faltava uma caixa de revestimento de todo material que havíamos comprado, ao retornar a loja, a Sra. responsável nem se deu o benefício da dúvida, disse:
"Eu libero o que sai, se não conferiu"
Enfim, realmente deveríamos ter nos atentado no conferimento, mas pedi que ela verificasse seu estoque, pois realmente não nos entregaram. Com meu pedido ignorado, fiquei no prejuízo, sem sequer um respaldo da loja, nenhum interesse em averiguar. Fica o alerta!!!
