Eles preferem perder cliente do que solucionar o problema
O vendedor é super atencioso e prestativo... Porem o moinho nao da nenhuma assistencia!
Por enquanto estou no prejuizo e nao indico o moinho pra Ninguem....

I am with almost a month problem with the mill and no solution so far .... I bought pre blend of French bread and it was horrible, when I questioned the mill just said it was without additive .... Caraca if they knew what lot they were Bad because they did not immediately make the exchange ?????
They prefer to lose customer than to solve the problem
The seller is super attentive and helpful ... But the mill does not give any assistance!
For now I'm in harm's way and I do not tell the mill to anyone ....
And not only I, but I know 4 other merchants who are in the same loss as I ...
