★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 26 de julho entrei em contato com a representante ROSANE para confecção de 60 combos molda bem personalizados, fechei o pedido com ela, passei para o designer fazer 4 artes para os combos, fui finalizar a compra com ela no dia 12 de agosto de 2021 , com tudo finalizado e ok, só faltava eu fazer o pgto da entrada, a vendedora me avisa que passou o pedido para a molda bem e a empresa só tinha condições de me atender se fosse 500 peças, na mesma hora perguntei para ela e o meu prejuízo com o designer que vai pagar?.... Bom como tive esta negativa da molda bem eu comecei a pesquisar outras empresas e no meio destas pesquisas na quarta feira dia 18 de agosto 2021, resolvi entrar no site da molda bem e verificando assim a propaganda do produto combo molda bem, resolvi ligar na empresa e fui atendido pelo vendedor Bruno, que me passou os valores, me formalizou tudo por email , ai passei para ele as 4 artes dos combos, ele me passou o número da conta para depósito ou pix, conversei com meu cliente que iria fazer o depósito de 50% do valor dos combos, que alias a representante ROSANE tinha me passado um valor um pouco menor, mas não reclamei porque eu sei que a empresa não tem muita ÉTICA com seus representantes pois sou cliente desde 2013 /14 e sempre que eu compro algum material através da ROSANE eles entregam o produto com um folheto deles para que façamos compras diretas, após mais ou menos uma hora que meu cliente fez o pix de R$ 1.705,50 ( 50% ) o vendedor BRUNO me envia um email que a produção tinha lhe avisado que não teria condições de me atender e que o pix seria estornado, ai eu pergunto qual seria o problema? INCOMPÊTENCIA ? DESCASO COM CLIENTE? Afinal conforme informado pela representante 500 peças eles teriam condições de me atender. Ontem fizeram o estorno na conta do meu cliente que já questionou o motivo, me ajudem como posso resolver? Seria um caso de danos morais, afinal estou com vergonha, não sei nem o que falar para o meu cliente, fiz o mesmo fazer o pix na conta da molda bem para depois a empresa não cumprir com o pedido e me fazer passar vergonha. ESTRELA DE UMA a CINCO , ACHO QUE NENHUMA, ZERO ESTRELA PARA UMA EMPRESA QUE TRATA SEUS CLIENTES COM DESCASO. MATERIAL NOTA DEZ, TRATAMENTO E CONSIDERAÇÃO COM CLIENTE ZERO. NÃO PODEMOS ESQUECER DA PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA , AFINAL O PRODUTO ESTAVA NO SITE PARA VENDA. SE TIVER ALGUM ADVOGADO QUE ACHE ESTE CASO INTERESSANTE , MEU NOME É VANILDO CÂMARA E MEU TELEFONE É 11.9.4736.8292.
 On July 26th I got in touch with the ROSANE representative to make 60 very personalized combos molds, I closed the order with her, I had the designer make 4 arts for the combos, I went to finalize the purchase with her on August 12th, 2021, with everything finished and ok, I just had to pay the entry fee, the salesperson tells me that she passed the order on to the mold well and the company was only able to meet me if it was 500 pieces, at the same time I asked her and my loss with the designer who is going to pay?... Well, as I had this negative from molda well I started researching other companies and in the midst of these researches on Wednesday, August 18, 2021, I decided to go to molda's website and thus verifying that the advertisement of the combo product molds well, I decided to call the company and was attended by the salesperson Bruno, who gave me the values, formalized everything by email, then I gave him the 4 arts of the combos, he gave me the account number for deposit or pix, talked to my client who would deposit 50% of the value of the combos, which by the way the ROSANE representative had given me a slightly lower amount, but I didn't complain because I know the company doesn't have much ETHICS with its representatives because I've been a client since 2013 /14 and whenever I buy some material through ROSANE they deliver the product with a brochure for us to make direct purchases, after about an hour my client made the pix of R$ 1,705.50 ( 50% ) the seller BRUNO sends me an email that the production had warned him that they would not be able to meet me and that the pix would be reversed, then I ask what would be the problem? INCOMPETENCY? CUSTOMER DISTURB? After all, as informed by the 500-piece representative, they would be able to serve me. Yesterday they reversed the account of my client who already questioned the reason, help me how can I solve it? It would be a case of moral damages, after all I'm embarrassed, I don't even know what to say to my client, I did the same pix in molda's account and then the company didn't comply with the request and make me feel ashamed. STAR FROM ONE TO FIVE , I DON'T THINK NONE, ZERO STAR FOR A COMPANY THAT TREATS ITS CUSTOMERS WITH DISPATCH. MATERIAL GRADE TEN, TREATMENT AND CONSIDERATION WITH CUSTOMER ZERO. WE CANNOT FORGET THE MISTAKE ADVERTISING, AFTER ALL THE PRODUCT WAS ON THE SITE FOR SALE.
