É muito apertado, tenho a sensação de tá andando e sendo espremido pelos corredores, tendo que ter cuidado pra não esbarrar em nada. Nas duas vezes em que fui, apenas um caixa estava funcionando. Nessa unidade, além disso, não tinham vinhos na promoção - quase uma marca registrada da franquia.
I really like the super ours, but this one definitely falls short of the standard of others. It is very tight, I have the feeling of walking and being squeezed by the corridors, having to be careful not to bump into anything. The two times I went, only one cashier was working. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fiz várias reclamações e sugestões para melhora do atendimento. Mas parece que não se importam com os clientes. Atendimento do caixa principalmente fins de semana é péssimo geralmente somente um. Promoções que recebo por email eles alegam que não tem. Mostro o email então fazem a promoção. Várias mercadorias sem preço principalmente as promoções.
A gerente as vezes tem que estar no caixa . As torradas não existem mais. Falta uma boa vontade de todos gerente, supervisor e funcionários.esquecem que quem mante o supernosso são os clientes.
I have already made several complaints and suggestions to improve the service. But it seems they don't care about customers. Cashier service, especially on weekends, is terrible, usually only one. Promotions I receive by email they claim they don't have. I show the email then they do the promotion. Lots of priceless merchandise, especially promotions.
The manager sometimes has to be at the cashier. Toast no longer exists. There is a lack of good will on the part of all managers, supervisors and employees. They forget that the customers are the ones who maintain the super-our.
