★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, levei algumas jóias para concerto/substituição de pedras e ficou bem mal feito. Não gosto de fazer avaliação negativa mas fiquei chateada com isso, paguei caro por um serviço que não ficou bom, vou precisar mandar em outro lugar para refazer...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento te trata mal e e grosso, quando vc desiste do servico ele fica colocando inpecilhos para te devolver a joia entregue, fica inventando mil desculpas diz que nao lembra das pessoas mesmo sabendo o nome delas quando chegam na loja diz que liga e nao liga de volta. Sem contar que diversos outros ourives nao te tiram 4 gramas de perda no derretimento de joias de ouro ou seja se sua joia pesa 10 gr te pagam 10gr mas nesta loja nao eles te pagam menos alegando que derrete e perde.A falta de tato e pessimo atendimento so pq eu fui cancelar o servico foram meses que fui enrolada nunca mais piso nesta loja o velho so trata bem quem ele quer nao serve pro comercio.

Recentemente eu estava sem muito dinheiro para fazer uns ajustes em uma aliança, e eles demonstraram muita flexibilidade na negociação. Quando fui buscar a aliança, estava simplesmente perfeita e tiveram todo o capricho de colocá-la numa caixinha de veludo, refizeram o certificado do ouro como se deve fazer e o preço foi bastante justo. Não percam tempo levando em outro lugar, levem nessa joalheria.
