★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha experiência foi boa, mas a loja precisa de uma ajustes em relação a quantidade de funcionários e mais atenção aos ajustes das roupas. Aluguei um vestido para um evento em que fui madrinha de casamento e a mesma estava fazendo uma promoção de Black Friday. No dia em que fui fazer os ajustes também aluguei um terno para o meu marido.
De início deu tudo certo e meu vestido era todo cheio de pedras e voal , então precisava de uma atenção aos ajustes mas precisei ir a loja algumas vezes pra isso incluindo no dia da retirada onde permaneci mais de 3 horas na loja ( 1 dia antes do evento) pois além de estar mega cheio, precisei pedir diversas vezes ajustes já solicitados que percebi que não foram feitos além de outros novos que apareceram justamente pelos outros ajustes. No final me pareceu que as costureiras não são tão "detalhistas" quanto deveriam pois se eu que não entendo percebi não deveriam ter passado despercebidos por elas.
Também tive um pequeno imprevisto em relação a roupa do meu marido , quando peguei, até a blusa dele tinham trocado e nem fechava no corpo, como ele estava em um emprego novo não pudemos fazer a prova final da roupa dele mas o único ajuste era aumentar a manga do terno. Acabou que no dia do evento ele precisou voltar a loja logo cedo para enfim deixar a roupa ajustada pra ele.
Todas as vezes que fui a loja achei que havia poucas funcionárias (sempre fui bem cedo) , o que acaba que o atendimento poderia ainda ser melhor pois me parece que está tudo sempre bem corrido. Alguns vestidos não estão em melhores estados, mas o preço em comparação a outras lojas dependendo do modelo é bem mais acessível. Os ternos por outro lado, estão bem bonitos e tem vários estilos a um preço bom também. Lá eles alugam sapatos masculinos a parte dependendo da disponibilidade.
Para mulheres, não tem calçados somente bolsas.
No final deu tudo certo e curti bastante minha noite.
 My experience was good, but the store needs adjustments in terms of the number of employees and more attention to adjusting the clothes. I rented a dress for an event where I was a maid of honor and she was doing a Black Friday promotion. The day I went to make the adjustments I also rented a suit for my husband.
At first everything went well and my dress was all full of stones and voila, so I needed to pay attention to the adjustments but I had to go to the store a few times for this including the day of the withdrawal where I stayed more than 3 hours in the store (1 day before the event) because in addition to being mega full, I had to ask for several adjustments already requested that I realized were not made in addition to other new ones that appeared precisely due to the other adjustments. In the end it seemed to me that the seamstresses are not as "detailed" as they should be, because if I did not understand, I shouldn't have missed them.
I also had a small unforeseen problem in relation to my husband's clothes, when I took it, even his shirt had changed and it didn't even close on his body, as he was in a new job we couldn't do the final test of his clothes but the only adjustment was to increase the sleeve of the suit. It turned out that on the day of the event he had to go back to the store early to finally leave the fitted clothes for him.
Every time I went to the store I thought there were few employees (I was always very early), which turns out that the service could be even better because it seems to me that everything is always going well. Some dresses are not in better condition, but the price compared to other stores depending on the model is much more affordable. The suits on the other hand, are very beautiful and have several styles at a good price too. There they rent men's shoes separately depending on availability.
For women, there are no shoes only bags.
In the end everything went well and I really enjoyed my night.
