Fui fazer alinhamento e balanceamento e acabei fazendo outros serviços que realmente eram necessários para o bom funcionamento do veículo. Tudo rápido, bem feito, limpo e profissional. Foi caro sim, mas entre pagar barato por serviço mal feito e caro por serviço de profissional, prefiro a segunda opção.
Service note 10. Fast service and very well done. I went to do alignment and balancing and ended up doing other services that were really necessary for the proper functioning of the vehicle. All fast, well done, clean and professional. It was expensive, yes, but between paying cheaply for a bad service and expensive for a professional service, I prefer the second option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer o alinhamento e balanceamento de meu carro e pensei que gastaria em torno de R$ 70,00, porém me assustei ao ser empurrado para diversos supostos defeitos no meu veículo, tais como fazer a tal da "gabaritagem", que infelizmente acabei caindo neste conto, e diversas outras peças que deveria trocar, totalizando mais de R$ 1.100,00. Sabemos que neste tempos o dinheiro está difícil, mas tentar usurpar com mecanismos marcados não é de boa índole. Caso digam que meu carro, realmente tinha os defeitos registrados pela MONOBLOCO, fui imediatamente em outra casa de manutenção e constatei com laudo que não tinha os defeitos informados pela fraude para usurpar dinheiro do cliente da MONOBLOCO. NUNCA MAIS VOLTO EM QUALQUER LOJA DA MONOBLOCO.
I went to do the alignment and balancing of my car and thought I would spend around BRL 70.00, but I was scared when I was pushed to several alleged defects in my vehicle, such as doing the "gauge" thing, which unfortunately I ended up falling down in this story, and several other pieces that I should exchange, totaling more than R$ 1,100.00. We know that in these times money is difficult, but trying to usurp with marked mechanisms is not a good nature. If they say that my car really had the defects registered by MONOBLOCO, I immediately went to another maintenance house and found out with a report that it did not have the defects reported by the fraud to usurp money from the MONOBLOCO customer. NEVER BACK IN ANY MONOBLOCK STORE.
