Fazem propaganda em uma Rádio FM com alinhamento e balanceamento de rodas a R$ 9,99, mas quando se leva o veículo tentam empurrar serviços como combagem, geometria, recuo de rodas e alinhamento com valores orçados a R$ 1.200,00, sem contar que condenam as rodas com empenhos, terminais de direção danificados, etc. Fazem de tudo para tirar, sem escrúpulos, o dinheiro dos clientes. Se o cliente não tiver um pouco de conhecimento de mecânica, sai "ferrado" da empresa. E tem mais, são descuidados, pois conseguem até arranhar as rodas de liga leve do cliente. É uma empresa para ir somente uma vez. Tem mais: não querem vender pneus sem que você compre o salgado pacote de serviços.

If the customer does not have a little knowledge of mechanics, he leaves the company "screwed". What's more, they are careless, as they can even scratch the customer's alloy wheels. It is a one time only company. There's more: they don't want to sell tires without you buying the salty service package.

fora dos parâmetros, não quis o serviço o alinhador já mudou o tratamento , disse que alinhou o carro, deixou o carro puxado muito a direção e o volante bastante torto, levei no concorrente e foi constatado que estava tudo ok, e era só fazer o alinhamento, a poucos dias foi feito imetro no veículo e tudo ok, infelizmente tiveram esta conduta deplorável,

Ficam tentando “empurrar” serviços desnecessários e com preços absurdos.
Só se salva a funcionária Sarah, atenciosa e educada. Ademais, não recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Percimo serviço de garantia de pneu, foi até a loja relatar que os pneus estava com defeitos, trepidando a direção, os mesmo alegaram que seria a minha suspenção que estava danificando os pneus, não entendir, pois troquei minha suspensão a dez meses atrás.
Pois, para vender oferece mil maravilhas, quando precisamos somos tratados desta forma... Comprei os quatros pneus a oito meses atrás absurdo isso...pneu de baixa qualidade!
Analise antes de fecha qualquer serviço, não se iluda com preços e vantagens...

Depois de esperar 1h pra trocar 2 pneus e fazer apenas balanceamento de 2 rodas desisti pq todos elevadores estavam ocupados com veículos desmontados e ninguém trabalhando neles; sala de espera lotada e gente aguardando do lado de fora; muito funcionário parado provavelmente esperando as peças de reposição chegarem para concluir o serviço.
Os preços são bons mas o atendimento é horrível, e os serviços prestados são caros.
Terrible service. After waiting 1h to change 2 tires and just balancing 2 wheels I gave up because all elevators were busy with dismantled vehicles and no one working on them; crowded waiting room and people waiting outside; a lot of employee stopped probably waiting for the spare parts to arrive to complete the service.
The prices are good but the service is horrible, and the services provided are expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a loja apenas para realizar o balanceamento e alinhamento que ganhei na compra dos pneus. Sai da loja já com o carro desalinhado. Não tive paciência de voltar pois a falta de profissionalismo é grande. Condenaram praticamente 50% do meu carro, mesmo eu tendo boas noções de mecânica, fiquei calado para ver até onde iam. O ""profissional"" que foi trocar o pneu arrancou o bico com tudo e disse que ele estava ressecado para empurrar outros novos. Uma mentira pois tinha colocado bicos novos não tinha 1 ano. Eles apenas tentam empurrar peças novas, inaceitável. Não gosto de pensar o que acontece com uma pessoa leiga que entra nessa loja e se depara com esses ""mexecânicos"" que só visam o lucro. 100% insatisfeito, pois terei que refazer todo alinhamento. E um detalhe, fingiram ter balanceado minhas rodas depois que recusei a troca de mais de 10 peças "condenadas".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer o serviço de alinhamento por 9.90 já quiseram me empurrar serviços não necessários para meu carro, condenaram minha pastilha de freio. Quando fui em outra empresa para fazer a troca, a pastilha de freio ainda estava na metade. Cuidado quando for fazer algum serviço.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja usa uma estratégia bastante maliciosa para atrair cliente ofertando um valor mais acessível nos pneus, porém por cada etapa que o carro passa surgem problema complementares que fazem o valor final subir de forma absurda, não recomendo a ninguém. O atendimento é bom até o momento que vc se recusa a fazer os serviços adicionais verificados pela loja. Em resumo a loja é funciona estilo uma Cassiano pra tirar o dinheiro do seu bolso. ????
