E novamente vou dizer, que atendimento em!!!! Sensacional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensa numa lanchonete tooop, o lanche é muito saboroso, tem um tempero especial que não consigo achar em nenhum outro lugar, talvez seja o amor pelo que faz rsrs. Super recomendo, um atendimento muito bom, muito simpático e muito sorridente. Visitem!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ao monstro burguer para experimentar o rodízio , entrei na internet e vi que abria as 18:00 , cheguei 5 minutos antes de abrir , tinha uma moça dentro do estabelecimento , quando foi as 18:20 perguntei para a moça que horário ia abrir ela me informou que abriria em 40 minutos , e ela simplesmente fechou a porta e continuei aguardando com alguns amigos , depois a moça saiu nem olhou na nossa cara , ao retornar as 19: 00 como ela ia entrando e não falou nada , perguntei novamente a resposta que eu tive que em alguns minutos abriria para nós atender , quando perguntei do rodízio falou que estava sem pão de hambúrguer já fazia algum tempo e que não estava atendendo rodízio , que teria sim lanches simples . Simplesmente entrou no estabelecimento sem um mínimo de respeito comigo e meus amigos .
Estou indignada como um estabelecimento que vê seus clientes na porta aguardando mais de 1 hora e não tem um pingo de consideração como se estivesse fazendo um favor para a gente , não recomendo atendimento péssimo , falta de profissionalismo , falta de respeito .
I went to the bourgeois monster to try the carvery, I went online and saw that it was opening at 6:00 pm, I arrived 5 minutes before opening, there was a girl inside the establishment, when it was 6:20 pm I asked the girl what time she was going to open it she informed me that it would open in 40 minutes, and she simply closed the door and continued to wait with some friends, then the girl left or even looked in our face, when she returned at 19:00 as she was entering and said nothing, I asked her the answer again that I had to open it for us in a few minutes, when I asked about the carvery he said he had been without hamburger bread for some time and that he was not attending carvery, that he would have simple snacks. He simply entered the establishment without a minimum of respect for me and my friends.
I am indignant as an establishment that sees its customers at the door waiting for more than 1 hour and does not have an ounce of consideration as if it were doing us a favor, I do not recommend terrible service, lack of professionalism, lack of respect.

Queria devolver 50 centavos pela coca q veio errada, 1 real pelo alface e 2 reais do Bacon. Paguei caro, 7,50 cada coca. Um desrespeito com o consumidor. Lembrandoq não queroprejudicarninguém. Só tô dandominha péssimaexperiência p vcs que pensaem comprar evitar um descasodesse. .é ainda estão falando q eu menti q não veio o Bacon. Um absurdo mesmo.
Entrei em contato com ifood e eles falaram que como paguei diretamente para o estabelecimento é eles quem devem fazer o estorno..porém eles me bloquearam no WhatsApp. E agora???

I wanted to return 50 cents for the wrong coke, 1 real for the lettuce and 2 reals for the Bacon. I paid dearly, 7.50 each coke. A disrespect for the consumer. Remembering that I don't want to harm anyone. I'm just giving my bad experience to you who think about buying to avoid neglect. .and they're still saying that I lied that Bacon didn't come. An absurdity indeed.
I got in touch with ifood and they said that as I paid directly to the establishment, they are the ones who must make the refund..but they blocked me on WhatsApp. And now???

Faltou alface e cebola crip no lanche de frango..fiquei tentando de 40 minutos ligando p eles p trocar os lanches e ninguém atendeu..depois q comi o lanche ele responderam o WhatsApp falando q ia trocar.. Daí falei q já tinha comido pq fazia mais de 40 minutos q tava tentando falar com eles e pedi o reembolso dos ingredientes que faltaram . E eles querem reembolsar 50 centavos de cada coca. 1 real do alface e 2 reias do Bacon. Um descaso.

There was no lettuce and crip onion in the chicken snack...I was trying for 40 minutes to call them to change the snacks and no one answered...after I ate the snack, they answered WhatsApp saying I would change it... Then I said that I had already eaten because I had been trying to talk to them for over 40 minutes and asked for a refund for the missing ingredients. And they want to refund 50 cents of each coke. 1 royal lettuce and 2 royal bacon. A neglect.
Misleading advertising and does not respect the customer. I've been waiting for a refund for 17 days and so far they haven't even returned a penny. DON'T buy it. They're going to be angry like me. Poorly polite staff. You think our money is grass. I just regret my bad experience. And my money back is good nothing. I paid for one thing and got another. I was tricked. 17 days waiting for a refund. I'm tired of waiting. Terrible place remembering that I'm just telling my experience. I don't want to harm anyone. But it was unfortunate.
