★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, fiquei quase 3 horas esperando meu pedido chegar, tudo q ouvia era desculpas e mentiras sobre meu pedido, isso quando me respondiam, depois de quase 3 horas de espera o lanche ainda chega quase frio....Total falta de comprometimento com o cliente... minha total insatisfação com Mont Horeb..... foi meu primeiro e último pedido....
 Terrible, I spent almost 3 hours waiting for my order to arrive, all I heard was apologies and lies about my order, that when they answered me, after almost 3 hours of waiting, the snack still arrives almost cold .... Total lack of commitment to the customer ... my total dissatisfaction with Mont Horeb ..... it was my first and last request ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido pelo ifood, as 21.40hr foi chegar 00.40hr.. era previsto entrega em 1 hora . Ao passar 1.30hr, começamos a ligar na hambúrgueria, porém ngm atendeu. Aí a saga começou no Whatsapp , o que tbm o retorno era mínimo, não havia um posicionamento preciso do que tava acontecendo e uma satisfação para sabermos se cancelavamos o pedido , pois o medo era não entregar e todos lugares estarem fechados.
O lanche em si não é ruim , mas não chegou quente.
Sei que imprevistos podem acontecer, mas o cliente precisar ser avisado . Se não insistir no contato , não retornam.
I made the order by ifood, at 21.40hr was arriving at 00.40hr .. delivery was scheduled in 1 hour. After 1.30hrs, we started calling at the hamburger shop, but no one answered. Then the saga started on Whatsapp, which also had a minimal return, there was no precise positioning of what was happening and a satisfaction to know if we canceled the order, because the fear was not delivering and all places were closed.
The snack itself is not bad, but it didn't come hot.
I know that unforeseen events can happen, but the client needs to be warned. If they do not insist on contact, they do not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lanches são bons, porém no atendimento deixam a desejar, muita demora pra expedir os lanches, tanto quanto na retirada pessoalmente e nas entregas nem se fala, fora isso a qualidade dos lanches equilibra esse desgaste.
Snacks are good, but the service leaves something to be desired, a lot of delay to ship the snacks, as much as in the pick-up in person and in deliveries, other than that, the quality of the snacks balances this wear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O estabelecimento mont horeb, não entregou o meu pedido. contatei o restaurante o pedido estava com a previsão de entrega para 23:53, eu fiquei esperando por 4 horas e 30 min e o restaurante a todo momento informando que o pedido estava a caminho pelo WhatsApp depois de muitas tentativas de contato pois não respondiam o chat pelo ifood, o trajeto da minha casa até o restaurante são de 12 min. por fim dormi com fome o pedido não foi entregue , sempre todas as informações passadas com muito descaso e a atendente nunca sabia por onde o suposto motoboy estava, nunca passei por tanto transtorno e descaso.
The mont horeb establishment did not deliver my order. I contacted the restaurant the order was scheduled to be delivered at 23:53, I was waiting for 4 hours and 30 min and the restaurant kept informing me that the order was on its way via WhatsApp after many attempts to contact because they did not respond to the chat via ifood, the journey from my house to the restaurant is 12 min. finally I slept hungry the order was not delivered, always all the information passed with great carelessness and the attendant never knew where the supposed motoboy was, I never went through so much inconvenience and neglect.
