★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O intuito do restaurante é oferecer a carne de a cordo com o gosto do cliente, eles realizam esse marketing, porém a execução não é qualitativa como se espera.
Pedi duas vezes no mesmo mês, na primeira vez eu pedi uma carne ao ponto e ela veio dura; na segunda vez eu pedi uma picanha mal passada e novamente veio muito passada, e o sabor não parecia picanha, desconfio que fosse outra carne.
The restaurant's intention is to offer the meat according to the customer's taste, they carry out this marketing, but the execution is not qualitative as expected.
I ordered it twice in the same month, the first time I ordered meat to the point and it came hard; the second time I ordered a steak rare and again it came very cooked, and the taste didn't seem like a steak, I suspect it was another meat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Pedi 2 pratos de tira de alcatra, pra mim e pra minha namorada. Percebi que os pedidos começaram a passar na minha frente e reclamei. Foi verificado na cozinha e depois de 30 minutos só foi disponibilizado um prato dos 2 que tinha pedido. Ao questionar o motivo, a atendente afirmou “achar” que perderam minha comanda na cozinha. Descaso e desrespeito total com o cliente
Terrible! I ordered 2 plates of rump strips, for me and my girlfriend. I noticed that the orders started to pass in front of me and I complained. It was checked in the kitchen and after 30 minutes only one dish of the 2 I had ordered was available. When questioning the reason, the attendant said she “thinks” that they lost my command in the kitchen. Total disregard and disrespect for the customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse como eu avaliar sem nenhuma estrela, eu juro que faria. Talvez se tivesse pesquisado aqui antes, não teria me estressado como me estressei ontem. Fiz o pedido pelo Ifood de um bife ancho, arroz, brócolis e as fritas. Fui almoçar, abri o pedido e tava lá um feijão e onion rings duas coisas que eu NÃO COMO. Enfim, mandei mensagem pro Ifood e nada deles me atenderem. Liguei no restaurante e depois de muito tocar me atenderam. A atendente não sabia muito como me ajudar e foi falar com a gerente que no fundo falou assim: "agora ela vai comer o feijão e a cebola". Atendimento péssimo, pessoas totalmente despreparadas para atender o publico, um total DESCASO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If I could rate it without any stars, I swear I would. Maybe if I had researched here before, I wouldn't have stressed myself like I did yesterday. I ordered an ancho steak, rice, broccoli and fries through Ifood. I went to lunch, opened the order and there were beans and onion rings, two things I DON'T EAT. Anyway, I sent a message to Ifood and none of them answer me. I called the restaurant and after a lot of ringing they answered me. The attendant didn't really know how to help me and went to talk to the manager who in the background said: "now she's going to eat the beans and onions". Terrible service, people totally unprepared to serve the public, a total DISCASES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentável!!!!! Pedi um ancho, com batata souté, onion rings e um ovo. Depois de uma hora entregaram um prato com frango, farofa, e feijão. Reclamação feita, mais 45 minutos e mandam o prato, frio, carne dura, onion fria e encharcada no óleo e brócolis (pedi batata souté).... Restaurante horroroso!!!! Queima o filme do Ifood e queima o filme do Hipermercado Andorinha!!!!
Unfortunate!!!!! I ordered an ancho, with souté potato, onion rings and an egg. After an hour they delivered a plate with chicken, farofa, and beans. Complaint made, another 45 minutes and they send the dish, cold, tough meat, cold onion and soaked in oil and broccoli (I ordered souté potatoes).... Horrible restaurant!!!! Burn the Ifood movie and burn the Andorinha Hypermarket movie!!!!
