★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi para fazer um ajuste em um anel que foi comprado pela internet, e recebi um prazo de 15 dias para retirar na loja, porém não cumpriram com o prazo e não recebi o anel que era para presentear uma pessoa. Inclusive a atendente informou que eu poderia ficar despreocupado e que com certeza o Anel chegaria antes do prazo limite, e iria pedir prioridade por se tratar de um Presente.
Total descaso e desrespeito com o cliente!
Fica minha Indignação.
I asked to make an adjustment to a ring that was purchased online, and received a 15-day deadline to collect it at the store, but they did not comply with the deadline and did not receive the ring that was to give someone a gift. The attendant even informed that I could be relaxed and that the Ring would definitely arrive before the deadline, and would ask for priority because it was a Gift.
Total disregard and disrespect for the customer!
It remains my indignation.
