★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendido pelos profissionais da clínica, desde a marcação da consulta, até o trabalho feito pela odontóloga. As instalações muito novas, limpas e climatizadas, gostei muito, devo retornar outras vezes.
I was very well attended by the clinic's professionals, from making the appointment to the work done by the dentist. The very new facilities, clean and air-conditioned, I liked it a lot, I must come back again and again.

Para agendar uma consulta pelo whatsapp levei mais de uma hora pq o atendente sai pedia pra esperar e não voltava, daí eu mandava mensagem ele respondia. Não me senti à vontade na consulta ginecológica. Achei a dra. apressada e não me passou segurança. Pra mim não foi uma boa experiência. Mas só vi uma das especialidades da clínica.
Scheduling is too slow (the responsible person). To schedule an appointment through whatsapp it took me more than an hour because the attendant left asked to wait and didn't come back, then I sent a message and he replied. I didn't feel comfortable in the gynecological consultation. I found dr. hurried and did not pass me security. For me it was not a good experience. But I only saw one of the clinic's specialties.
