Conheço o Bernardo proprietário gente finíssima, mas em plena pandemia vi os funcionários tanto no atendimento quanto no manuseio dos produtos sem máscaras, na unidade do campo limpo me senti bem desconfortável com o funk tocando bem alto e uma bagunça entre entregadores e recepção. Uma pena pois vcs tem tudo para crescerem mas com essas atitudes da equipe vão perder espaço no mercado

I know Bernardo owner, very fine people, but in the middle of a pandemic I saw the employees both in the service and in the handling of the products without masks, in the field clean unit I felt very uncomfortable with the funk playing loudly and a mess between delivery people and reception. A shame because you have everything to grow but with these attitudes the team will lose space in the market

Eu fiquei encantada a primeira vez que consumi os produtos, após? Só decepção!
Primeiro que erram sempre no pedido, não existe bom atendimento, erram até o endereço, mandaram duas vezes shimeji estragado, e quando você pede ressarcimento, duvidam da palavra do cliente. As atendentes nunca tem troco, você se quiser tem que se virar para poder facilitar o lado delas, e elas mandam seu pedido errado!
NÃO INDICO PARA NINGUÉM!

First, they always make a mistake in the order, there is no good service, they even go to the address, they sent out spoiled shimeji twice, and when you ask for reimbursement, they doubt the customer's word. The attendants never have change, if you want you have to turn around in order to facilitate their side, and they send your order wrong!

Vc pede e cada hora falam um valor e depois pedem para pedir de outra forma. Mudou o.preço 3 vezes. Nao atende pelo telefone. So msg de whats. Atendente nao te atende, nao da informações. Mais de 2 horas e 40 min para receber o pedido. Tem que pedir um dia antes para nao passar raiva. Muito decepcionante. Estava com criança aqui e ela mesma pediu para cancelar e pedir pizza. Muito ruim. Muito mesmo. E o pior é que qdo comentei sobre esses aspectos, me fisseram que era culpa minha. Minha culpa de nao comer outros peixes e querer o meu pedido, que estou pagando e nao reclamei do preço mesmo sem acrescimos. Muito decepcionante. Mas o erro é meu. Pq nao fou a primeira vez e quis prestigiar algo local mais uma vez. Tenho que aprender a infelizmente nao dar confiança a locais de micro porte.
