A dona do clube é uma chata, se ela não quer que as pessoas estacione em qualquer lugar no estabelecimento arruma o estacionamento do clube. Tivemos que para o carro no meio do mato.
The place is not wonderful but it is a nice place, the bathroom needs a renovation.
The owner of the club is a pain in the ass, if she doesn't want people to park anywhere in the establishment, she arranges the club's parking lot. We had to stop the car in the middle of the woods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moça da portaria educada, porem uma outra que se acha a dona, totalmente grosseira, trata mal a todo mundo, conversa com total falta de educação. Sem falar na piscina, que nao pode entrar de shorts Tactel com bolso (oi?! Será que é só pra comprarem o shorts que vende na portaria?) Resumindo, administração ridícula e totalmente despreparada pra lidar com os clientes.
A polite concierge girl, but another one who thinks she is the owner, is totally rude, treats everyone badly, talks with a total lack of politeness. Not to mention the pool, which you can't enter in Tactel shorts with pockets (hey?! Is it just to buy the shorts you sell at the concierge?) In short, ridiculous administration and totally unprepared to deal with customers.

Just an observation, there should be a disclaimer for anyone who wants to enter the pool in shorts with pockets, otherwise everything is wonderful.

Cheguei em um sábado para nadar junto com minha família que veio de longe para me visitar e as piscinas estavam totalmente sujas, sendo limpas no dia de abertura do clube. Sou associada da #Unidas e gostaria de pedir que dessem uma atenção e fizessem uma ponte junto ao convênio do clube para melhorar as condições do clube. Precisa ser aberta a piscina aquecida para termos mais lugares, pois nos dias que abrem está SUPER lotado o que não é correto no cenário que ainda estamos vivenciando, poderiam pelo menos abrir mais dias e em especial abrir a piscina aquecida.
The staff are well educated and receptive, but the cleanliness and hygiene of the club is terrible. I arrived on a Saturday for a swim with my family who came from far away to visit me and the pools were totally dirty, being cleaned on the opening day of the club. I'm a member of #Unidas and I would like to ask you to pay attention and make a bridge with the club's agreement to improve the club's conditions. The heated pool needs to be opened to have more places, because on the opening days it is SUPER crowded, which is not correct in the scenario we are still experiencing, they could at least open more days and especially open the heated pool.
