★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito com o cliente, fiz um pedido de pizza as 20:00 hs só entregaram as 22:33 na data de 23/11/2019. Sem contar com a demora, era para entregar duas pizzas e uma das pizza veio errada, pois antes de efetuar o pagamento eu perguntei o entregador se estava correto o pedido e ele falou que SIM, porém a pizza estava errada. Entrei em contato com a lanchonete e eles me informaram que o entregador iria trazer outra pizza, as 23:30 eu entrei em contato novamente cobrando a pizza que ja tinha sido paga, porem não entregue , e me informaram que ja estava a caminho. Até agora Não chegou. Estou indignado com a falta de respeito e comprometimento para com o cliente.
Lack of respect with the customer, I ordered a pizza at 20:00 only delivered at 22:33 on the date of 23/11/2019. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não tem telefone para o cliente falar, só atende pelo zap mesmo assim só mensagem. Apenas uma pessoa faz essa função pois ja fui lá pra buscar a pizza e vi como a menina a do caixa fica. A pizza e saborosa, porem o atendimento e pessimo. Infelizmente não pedirei mais nada lá.
Terrible service, there is no phone for the customer to talk to, only answering by zap even so, only message. Only one person does this function because I already went there to get the pizza and saw how the cashier looks like. The pizza is tasty, but the service is terrible. Unfortunately I won't ask for anything else there.
