★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima entrei na casa dia 9 de fevereiro e em todas as imobiliárias q passei o mês fecha no dia 30 E vc paga o proporcional do dia 9 até dia 30 porém neste lixo de imobiliária fizeram eu pagar os 9 dias em que eu nem morava na casa me cobrando o aluguel inteiro, fujam desse lugar não recomendo pra ninguem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No início do processo para alugar não tive dificuldades mas ao querer encerrar algumas dificuldades surgiram, uma delas é o ping pong entre funcionários, cada um é responsável por um setor e ficam jogando vc de um para o outro com muitos números diferentes do whatsapp. Enfim é um lugar que provavelmente não procurei de novo mas atende muitas pessoas, que gostam, deixo a critério dos leitores escolher o local ou não para suas locações.
