O cliente tem que adivinha o dia que vai ser feita a entrega e ser desocupado pra ficar só esperando a encomenda pq eles não ligam pra avisar ou pra confirmar se há disponibilidade de haver alguém pr receber!
Terrible, it takes time to deliver orders and there is no channel for customer communication with the Company!
The customer has to guess the day that the delivery will be made and be vacated to just wait for the order because they don't call to warn or to confirm if there is availability to have someone to receive it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O meu pedido saiu para rota de entrega já tem 4 dias. O problema é que nunca chegou aqui em casa e eu nem posso sair pra nenhum lugar porque não sei quando o pedido vai ser entregue.
E a empresa não quer entregar o pacote, porque já está com o motorista em rota de entrega.
Qual a lógica de não quererem entregar pro dono da mercadoria?
