Customer service does not exist there. They don't look at the client side at all. Zero empathy. Imagine who you are not a customer.

Burocracia total para locação de imóvel, e para entrega do mesmo qdo não se está mais na carência, dificultam de todas as formas, até que você seja obrigado a ceder ao que eles querem. Péssimos pra fazer vistoria, como reparos básicos e gritantes e não são vistos antes da gente entrar no imóvel e na vistoria para entrega do imóvel, são mínimos detalhes, dando a entender que só é feita a vistoria na saída.
I do not recommend. Total bureaucracy for renting property, and for delivery of the same when you are no longer in need, make it difficult in every way, until you are forced to give in to what they want. Lousy to do inspection, as basic and glaring repairs and are not seen before we enter the property and in the inspection for delivery of the property, are minimal details, implying that only the inspection is made at the exit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Vários funcionários e nenhum parecia disposto a atender. Não quiseram me mostrar os imóveis disponíveis para locação, somente disse que tinha “pouca opção”. Depois de muita insistência me mostrou um. Nunca mais.
Bad experience. Several employees and none seemed willing to attend. They didn't want to show me the properties available for lease, I just said that I had “little options”. After much insistence he showed me one. Never.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei visitar alguns apartamentos 3 vezes! Péssimo atendimento de todos, seja ao telefone ou presencialmente. Falam que pode reservar a chave para visita e quando vc chega para buscar dizem que não está disponível. Então para que reservar !? Profissionais totalmente sem vontade de atender o "possível cliente" e não prestam atenção aos pedidos. Todo este comportamento foi percebido durante TODAS minhas visitas a imobiliária. Se foi assim para "conquistar um cliente", imagina quando você quiser sair do apartamento. Total despreparo e descanso da equipe de atendimento.
I tried to visit some apartments 3 times! Terrible service from everyone, whether on the phone or in person. They say you can reserve the key for a visit and when you come to pick it up they say it's not available. So why book!? Professionals totally unwilling to serve the "possible customer" and do not pay attention to orders. All this behavior was noticed during ALL my visits to real estate. If it was like that to "get a client", imagine when you want to leave the apartment. Total unpreparedness and rest of the service team.
