O ruim é a fila que sempre é enorme e os caixas trabalham muito vagarosamente!

Ao chegar, solicitei ajuda da colaboradora Ana Valerice. Um exemplo de profissional!!! Educada e atenciosa, prontamente me auxiliou e, em poucos minutos, já estava com a cesta preenchida! No caixa, destaque também para as profissionais, Camila e Flávia, simpáticas e com sorriso no rosto! Mesmo com a loja lotada e a fila considerável, foi bastante satisfatória a experiência com a Montreal!
It was the first time I went shopping for school supplies. Very busy store at that time. Good variety of brands and products at affordable prices, compared to others in the segment. Upon arriving, I asked for help from the collaborator Ana Valerice. An example of a professional !!! Polite and attentive, she promptly helped me and, in a few minutes, my basket was full! At the cashier, we also highlight the professionals, Camila and Flávia, who are friendly and with a smile on their face! Even with the crowded store and the considerable queue, the Montreal experience was quite satisfactory!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito desta loja, ela tem uma boa variedade de produtos e o preço é sempre muito competitivo, mas a demora nos caixas já me fez desistir de comprar por mais de uma vez. Melhorou um pouco depois que adoraram a fila única, mas ainda é algo que poderia melhorar.
I really like this store, it has a good variety of products and the price is always very competitive, but the delay at checkouts has already made me give up buying more than once. It got a little better after they loved the single row, but it's still something that could improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Montreal é uma loja super necessária no nosso bairro, porém parece não valorizar os clientes e colaboradores. A loja há tempos merece uma reforma, uma melhor iluminação interior, piso e ventilação. Se fosse na Aldeota, essa loja seria um luxo. Mas como é no Montese, já sabe... Tirando o fato de que precisa de uma reforma, é ótima, tem muita variedade, preços adequados e bom atendimento. Só falta reformar a loja, deixá-la mais agradável para os clientes e funcionários.
Montreal is a very necessary store in our neighborhood, but it doesn't seem to value customers and employees. The store has long deserved a renovation, better interior lighting, flooring and ventilation. If it were in Aldeota, this store would be a luxury. But since it's in Montese, you know... Apart from the fact that it needs a renovation, it's great, has a lot of variety, adequate prices and good service. All that remains is to renovate the store, make it more pleasant for customers and employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje (15 de março / 22 ) me disseram pelo whatsapp , que a entrega seria grátis. Continuei a falar com a pessoa , sem sucesso , pois a msg não chegou pra eles. Liguei pra loja , atendente suuuuper antipática , sem vontade nenhuma de atender , disse que ia me fazer o favor de faturar meu pedido . Pois se não chegava pelo whatsapp , é pq o atendimento tinha encerrado. Sendo que o horário de atendimento da loja é até às 18:00h . Eu falando com a pessoa no whatsapp às 16:45h . E liguei pra loja às 17:40h.
O atendimento presencial nem se fala?
Today (March 15th / 22nd) I was told via whatsapp that delivery would be free. I continued to talk to the person, without success, as the message did not reach them. I called the store, super unfriendly attendant, with no desire to answer, said he would do me the favor of billing my order. Because if it didn't arrive by whatsapp, it's because the service had ended. The store's opening hours are until 18:00 h. Me talking to the person on whatsapp at 16:45 pm. And I called the store at 5:40 pm.
In-person service is not even talked about ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja grande porém na parte das promoções ñ tem nada q preste e nem barato. Procurei o produto L'oreal Paris lançamento da linha E'lseve e não tinha! Passada!? Atendimento deixa a desejar pelo menos no caixa 3 a loira do cabelo cacheado q usa óculos mais uma g@y moreninho q tmb tava de óculos ficam fofocando e mangando dos clientes e esquece de atender bem. Já a loja do centro é ótima! Tem realmente produtos na promoção e barato e bons, marcas conhecidas, adorei. Sempre compro lá! No Caixa 2 fica uma veia chata q erra os preços, mas passo pro caixa 3 e o rapaz é ótimo! Fora isso recomendo esse do centro.
Big store but in the promotions part there is nothing good and not cheap. I looked for the product L'oreal Paris launch of the E'lseve line and it didn't have it! Past!? Service leaves something to be desired, at least at cashier 3, the blonde with curly hair who wears glasses plus one g@y brunette who was also wearing glasses are gossiping and mocking customers and forgetting to serve well. The downtown store is great! There are really good and cheap products on sale, well-known brands, I loved it. I always shop there! In Cashier 2 there is an annoying vein that gets the prices wrong, but I go to Cashier 3 and the guy is great! Other than that, I recommend the one in the center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprar produtos de higiene pessoal, produtos para bebês e material escolar eu vou na Montreal. Tem preço e praticamente tudo que se precisar nessas esferas... Como se isso não fosse o bastante hj eu comprei um conservador térmico de mamadeira e ao chegar em casa percebemos que não caberia a mamadeira do nosso filho. Minha esposa deu como perdido eu mesmo assim fui até lá trocar... Mesmo com a embalagem aberta a gerente da loja me atendeu com muita gentileza e atenção e sem demora providenciou a troca por outro de tamanho maior. Eu fiquei muito feliz e surpreso com o desprendimento da moça. Se vc precisar de alguma coisa dessas que eu mencionei vá na loja da Gomes de Matos e surpreenda se também.
Buying toiletries, baby products and school supplies I go to Montreal. It has a price and practically everything you need in these spheres... As if that wasn't enough today I bought a bottle thermos conservator and when we got home we realized that our son's bottle wouldn't fit. My wife thought it was lost, so I went there to exchange it... Even with the package open, the store manager was very kind and attentive and promptly arranged the exchange for a larger size. I was very happy and surprised by the girl's detachment. If you need something like the one I mentioned, go to the Gomes de Matos store and surprise yourself too.
