There are competent professionals. Always have. The problem is management's lack of respect for others. I witnessed abuse and didn't know how to react. There is a lot to improve. And, sorry to say, a stick that is born crooked doesn't straighten.

Demorou para passar no caixa tinha só uma pessoa atendendo.
