1. Não pagaram o condomínio do mês que seria responsabilidade deles
2. O prazo é sempre 48h, mas nunca resolvem
3. Tive ajuda dos moradores para conseguir falar com alguém que resolvesse
4. Até agora não resolverem e nem pagaram, apenas promessas
5. Se falarem que pode colocar duas motos na mesma vaga, não acredite, é mentira
6. Não sei se informaram, mas caso vá colocar sua moto na vaga de moto, é cobrado
7. O elevador quebra com muita frequência, mas não se preocupe, estão cogitando colocar um banquinho para não ficar tão desconfortável a espera?
8. Houve sorteios para as vagas, espero que você tenha sorte com a sua!
9. O pós vendas não existe, pelo menos não da minha corretora
10. Só observar a página do insta, os comentários são bloqueados... Reflita sobre o motivo?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construtora irresponsável, se opôs a fazer um muro seguro mesmo com muitas reclamações, colocou em risco a vida de vários moradores que transitam pelo local e mesmo depois de desabar o tal muro continuam como se nada tivesse acontecido...os moradores afetados precisam dar uma volta enorme para poder chegar em suas casas enquanto a obra não anda... nesse "novo trajeto" não se passa um dia sem assaltos, tornando os moradores reféns e aterrorizados.
