★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dona Esmeralda. Esse é o nome da minha mãe. Em 30 de abril completou 87 anos. Está há seis anos na Morada Doce Lar. Somos três irmãos, e com o falecimento do nosso pai em 2010, e ela começando a apresentar vários problemas de esquecimento, eu e meus irmãos não tivemos condições de estarmos 24 horas ao seu lado, que era o que ela necessitava. Então começamos a pesquisar várias clinicas de repouso em Guarulhos, e chegamos à conclusão de que o local ideal era a clinica de repouso MORADA DOCE LAR. No primeiro contato que tivemos com o Sr.Neto e sua esposa, logo percebemos que minha mãe estaria sendo muito bem cuidada. E por que digo isso? Pelo atendimento que ele e toda sua equipe nos dispensou. Primeiro que conversamos diretamente com o dono da clínica, ou seja, sem intermediários. Depois pela sua simplicidade, pelo seu carisma, sua honestidade nas informações prestadas e o seu carinho para com todos os idosos que ali já estavam. Quando caminhávamos pelas dependências da clínica, vimos várias e várias manifestações espontâneas dos idosos, indo ao seu encontro para abraçá-lo. Queriam conversar com ele, contar histórias que ele com muita paciência escutava. Era um local simples, sem luxo, entretanto quando presenciamos essas manifestações, não tivemos dúvidas sobre a internação da minha mãe naquela clínica. As outras casas de repouso que fomos visitar, não encontramos nada disso. Um atendimento frio, informações secas e sem aquele calor humano. Conclusão - Nas visitas, que lá são todos os dias, perguntávamos: e aí mãe como a senhora está? - e ela dizia que todos a tratavam muito bem, sendo todas as cuidadoras muito atenciosas e prestativas. Estou gostando muito. Mas como sabemos, no início toda adaptação é difícil, e ela demonstrava a vontade de voltar para o seu apartamento. Mas sabíamos que isso não seria possível. Passados alguns meses, o Neto passou a ser chamado por ela de Netinho, e quando ele se aproximava, ela já o abraçava e demonstrava todo o seu carinho. Para ela era mais um filho. Para nós filhos, ganhamos um novo irmão e um grande amigo. Quero aqui deixar registrado todo o nosso contentamento com a clínica de repouso MORADA DOCE LAR, e parabenizar a todas as cuidadoras, que com muito carinho, atenção e paciência cuidam de todos os idosos que ali estão. Devido a essa pandemia, as visitas estão suspensas, mas estamos a todo momento recebendo fotos e vídeos da minha mãe. Os filhos da dona Esmeralda agradecem . They wanted to talk to him, to tell stories that he listened to very patiently. It was a simple place, without luxury, however when we witnessed these manifestations, we had no doubts about my mother's hospitalization in that clinic. The other rest homes we went to visit, we didn't find any of that. Cold service, dry information and without that human warmth. Conclusion - On visits, which are there every day, we asked: what's up mom, how are you? - and she said that everyone treated her very well, being all the caregivers very attentive and helpful. I'm really enjoying it. But as we know, in the beginning all adaptation is difficult, and she showed the desire to return to her apartment. But we knew that this would not be possible. After a few months, Neto started to be called Netinho by her, and when he approached, she embraced him and showed all his affection. For her it was more of a son. For us children, we have a new brother and a great friend. Here I want to register all our content with the MORADA DOCE LAR nursing home, and congratulate all the caregivers, who with great affection, attention and patience take care of all the elderly who are there.
