★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até o momento a experiência está entre "ruim" e "péssima", pois comprei um material dia 28/03 as 13:29hs e a entrega foi realizada no dia seguinte (ponto positivo), entretanto não foi entregue 01 item do pedido e nem a Nota Fiscal. Ao ligar hoje 30/03 às 14:42hs fui informado que somente o vendedor que me atendeu poderia resolver e solicitaram que retornasse o contato as 15:30. Retornei as 15:40, 16,16:20,16:40 e ninguém atende, busquei na internet outros números e em nenhum dos informados foi possível estabelecer contato.
So far, the experience is between "bad" and "terrible", because I bought a material on 03/28 at 1:29 pm and delivery was made the next day (positive point), however, 01 item of the order was not delivered nor the Invoice. When I called today 03/30 at 14:42 I was informed that only the seller who answered me could solve it and they asked me to return the contact at 15:30. I returned at 15:40, 16,16:20,16:40 and no one answers, I searched the internet for other numbers and none of those informed was possible to establish contact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A princípio não foi muito boa, pois quando cheguei na parte de lajotas não tinha vendedor para atender mais sei se foi por ser cedo de mais, mais fui ao encontro e veio um vendedor chamado Felipe e a experiência foi top com ele super atencioso e profissional.
At first it was not very good, because when I arrived at the tile part there was no salesperson to answer but I know if it was because it was too early, but I went to the meeting and a salesman called Felipe came and the experience was top with him super attentive and professional .
