They make abusive condominium charges ... in addition to the absurd interest that is charged to the client, they included charges and abusive fees with the debt, in the middle of a pandemic, without any option of negotiating values.

Liguei, respondi e-mails, mandei o comprovante e a cobrança não para.
Até que um dia a funcionária Letícia disse que eu estaria devendo R$ 16.000,00!!!
Quando pedi o boleto para contestar judicialmente, me disse que havia enviado uma planilha de outra unidade. ??♂️
Ainda assim, continuo recebendo e-mails dizendo que tenho valores em aberto.
Eu simplesmente parei de respondê-los e estou juntando esses e-mails para uma futura ação judicial.
Essa empresa é de uma incompetência ímpar.
For years I've been charged for a condominium installment that has already been paid.
I called, answered emails, sent the receipt and the billing doesn't stop.
Until one day the employee Letícia said that I would be owing R$ 16,000.00!!!
When I asked for the ticket to challenge in court, he told me that he had sent a spreadsheet from another unit. ??♂️
Still, I keep getting emails saying I have open amounts.
I have simply stopped answering them and am gathering these emails for a future lawsuit.
This company is a unique incompetence.
