A minha experiencia nessa loja nao poderia ter sido a pior em toda a minha vida. Eu sai de SP para passear com a minha familia que veio de Minas Gerais, entre elas a minha avo de 80 anos....que passou muito nervoso nessa loja. Ao entrar na loja, nos presenciamos o maltrato da gerente da loja com uma funcionaria que nos cobstrageu de forma inesperada. A funcionaria errou o preco de duas pecas ao no atender...isso bastou pra gerente gritar, e se desequilibrar emocionalmente na frente de todos os funcionarios e clientes. Como se nao bastasse isso, ao comentar sobre as pecas, ela me destratou, gritou, ainda disse que eu poderia acionar quem fosse....ate o dono da loja. O nosso passeio acabou ali, minha avo de 80 anos queria ir embora do outlet. Assar o que eu passei nessa loja, so me faz ter a certeza que eu nunca mais vou voltar ao outlet e nunca mais voltarei as lojas Moranas, sejam de qquer lugar, porque a gerente nao teve um treinamento, nao sabe lidar com publico, nao tem educacao e nem competencia oara teabalhar nessa loja. Sou cliente de Morana faz tempo....so ontrm comprei mais de 300 reais....mas olho pras pecas e tenho tristeza...nao vale a pena passear nessa loja...porque voce vai ter medo de ser destratado....fui tratada como um cachorro de rua. O dono da loja deve ficar ciente que tipo de funcionário ele tem.....pode estar perdendo espaco porque simplesmente ele tem umafuncionaria despreparada e desequilibrada emocionalmente como a gerente da loja. Muito triste!!!!
My experience at this store could not have been the worst in my entire life. I left SP to go for a walk with my family who came from Minas Gerais, including my 80 year old grandmother .... who was very nervous in this store. Upon entering the store, we witnessed the mistreatment of the store manager with a staff member who unexpectedly covered us. The employee erred in the price of two pieces when not answering ... that was enough for the manager to scream, and to become emotionally unbalanced in front of all employees and customers. As if that were not enough, when commenting on the pieces, she disowned me, screamed, even said that I could call on anyone ... even the store owner. Our tour ended there, my grandmother of 80 years wanted to leave the outlet. Baking what I went through in that store, just makes me sure that I will never go back to the outlet and I will never return to the Moranas stores, be anywhere, because the manager didn’t have a training, doesn’t know how to deal with the public, no has neither education nor competence to work in this store. I've been a customer of Morana for a long time ... so ontrm I bought more than 300 reais .... but I look at the pieces and I am sad ... it is not worth visiting the store ... because you will be afraid of being beaten. ... I was treated like a stray dog. The store owner must be aware of what type of employee he has ..... he may be losing space because he simply has an unprepared and emotionally unbalanced workforce as the store manager. Very sad!!!!

Estive na loja no domingo 30/08 comprei dois colares, um para minha mãe e outro para minha namorada, os dois apresentaram defeito no primeiro dia de uso 31/08. O da minha mãe descolou o fecho e o da namorada a trava quebrou! O pior a rede não aceita troca, somente conserto e tem que ir até a loja do Catarina, resumindo comprar Morana é um péssimo negócio!
I was at the store on Sunday 08/30 I bought two necklaces, one for my mother and the other for my girlfriend, both had defects on the first day of use 08/31. The one from my mother took off the clasp and the one from the girlfriend broke it! The worst, the chain does not accept exchange, only repairs and you have to go to Catarina's store, in short buying Morana is a terrible deal!

Péssimo atendimento!! Vendedoras não se importam com o cliente. Enquanto eu selecionava algumas peças, ela guardou uma das peças que eu tinha selecionado de volta na prateleira, sendo que a mesma tinha me indicado colocar em cima do balcão. Essa vendedora nem se quer olhava para as clientes na loja, e vi que não fui a única a ser mal atendida. Não recomendo a loja a ninguém.
Terrible attendance!! Salespeople don't care about the customer. While I selected some pieces, she put one of the pieces I had selected back on the shelf, which she had indicated to me to put on the counter. This saleswoman didn't even look at the customers in the store, and I saw that I wasn't the only one who was underserved. I don't recommend the store to anyone.
