Fui realizar uma troca de um colar e não consegui pois disseram que já tinha dado o prazo, porém como eu iria trocar com o shopping e a loja todas fechadas? Conclusão, irei jogar fora uma coisa que eu ganhei por não conseguir trocar. Antigamente tinha o prazer de comprar nessa loja, pois tinham funcionarias excelentes no ano passado. Funcionários de hoje todos arrogantes, ignorantes e sem forca de vontade para resolver meu problema. Péssimo.

Conclusion, I will throw away something that I won for not being able to exchange. I used to have the pleasure of buying in this store, since they had excellent work last year. Today's employees are all arrogant, ignorant and unwilling to solve my problem. Terrible.
