★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior imobiliária que já vi na minha vida, desorganizados, não entendem de leis. Entrei faltando 4 dias para acabar julho e escolhi que o vencimento do meu aluguel fosse no dia 10 de cada mês. Chegou no dia 10 de setembro me mandaram um boleto que cobrava além dos 4 dias de julho, 10 dias de agosto, sendo que não é porque o vencimento é no dia 10 de cada mês que o aluguel não inclua os 10 primeiros dias em seu valor, tanto que o certo é que o boleto chego no 1 dia do mês para que o inquilino tenha tempo de pagar. Quando visualizei o problema a imobiliária mentiu para mim que a dona do apartamento era advogada e que entendia de leis e que por isso era pra eu pagar sim (ou seja, estavam apenas me intimidando) sendo que eu li o contrato e sabia que a dona era psicologa. Depois de entrar com meu advogado que eles resolveram fazer o certo, pois estavam de fato errados. Como se não bastasse eu pedi um contrato de 1 ano apenas e me entregaram um de 2 anos e meio jurando que eu podia sair com um ano. Agora que estou precisando sair eles me dizem que não posso sair se não pagar uma multa referente a 18 meses que não fiquei. Desorganizada. Péssima. Não indico.

When I saw the problem, the real estate agent lied to me that the owner of the apartment was a lawyer and that she understood the laws and that was why I was supposed to pay yes (that is, they were just intimidating me) and I read the contract and knew that the owner she was a psychologist. After entering with my lawyer they decided to do the right thing, because they were in fact wrong. As if that weren't enough I asked for a 1 year contract only and they handed me a 2 and a half year swearing that I could leave with a year. Now that I need to leave, they tell me that I can't leave unless I pay a fine for 18 months that I didn't stay. Disorganized. Terrible. I do not indicate.
