Passando pra deixar minha avaliação, super recomendo, coloquei minha máquina pra concertar, por se tratar de uma máquina de bordar que já esta fora de linha e eu não poder esperar não tive o concerto, porém tive todas as dúvidas esclarecidas e sempre que precisei fui respondida com toda educação pelo Filipe, e os clientes que vi sendo atendido na loja tbm estavam satisfeitos. Sendo assim eu recomendo a loja!

Demoraram muito para entregar meu certificado do curso... me desgastei e tive que insistir muito para finalmente conseguir (Quase 1 ano depois do curso concluído) e só porque fiz minhas avaliações aqui e na página do Facebook tomaram providência de me entregar. Enfim, estou com o certificado ?? Professora Eliane é maravilhosa! NADA a reclamar.

super indico! ontem minha maquina deu defeito com um monte de entregas pra fazer! eles resolveram o problema na hora! atendimento nota 1000! o rapaz que fez o reparo me chamou para me apontar o defeito e tudo! me deu ótimas dicas e me indicou a melhor maquina para o meu ritimo de trabalho! AMEI! PODEM CONFIAR QUE SÃO SUPER DE CONFIANÇA! SÓ LEVAREI LÁ AGORA!
super recommended! yesterday my machine failed with a lot of deliveries to do! they solved the problem on the spot! 1000 note service! the guy who did the repair called me to point out the defect and everything! gave me great tips and indicated the best machine for my work rhythm! Minha experiência foi horrível, falta de proficionalismo. Atendentes mau educado, falei com um tal de Fabrício que além de me faltar com respeito, ser abusado ainda bateu o telefone. Me deram um prazo de 3 dias pra fazer o orçamento, pois uma semana depois nada de orçamento... Fui buscar minha máquina não queriam me devolver alegando que estava aberta, e que eu teria que esperar o tecnico consertar as que estavam na frente pra Só assim fechar a minha pra devolver. NÃO RECOMENDO!
My experience was horrible, lack of professionalism. Polite attendants, I spoke with a man named Fabrício, who besides being lacking in respect, being abused still hit the phone. They gave me a 3-day deadline to make the budget, because a week later, no budget ... I went to get my machine, they didn't want to return it, claiming it was open, and that I would have to wait for the technician to fix the ones in front of me. Just so close mine to return. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Não Recomendo!!! No começo do mês de Abril de 2021 levei minha máquina para uma manutenção pq ela não estava funcionando, eles fizeram o teste e falaram que era o pedal. Falei com a atendente que era muito simpática porém enrolada, que ia querer um pedal novo, que eu não tinha interesse em concertar o meu pq ele estava muito velho, o cabo dele já estava com o plástico duro e ressecado. Então ela me deu o orçamento de 220,00 reais, 100,00 da manutenção da máquina e 120,00 do pedal. Fiquei de pagar tudo na entrega da máquina. Logo depois ela me manda uma mensagem falando que era pra passar o orçamento, fiquei sem entender mas tudo bem ela mandou um orçamento de 180,00 reais falando que era 100 da manutenção e 80 do concerto do pedal sendo que eu havia dito pra ela que não era pra concertar o pedal que eu ia querer um novo, e refoçei isso pra ela novamente na mensagem. Quando fui buscar a máquina paguei o valor de 220,00 reais. E fiquei esperando eles liberarem a máquina. Eles me entregaram a máquina com um pedal de ferro branco, e a atendente falou que o pedal era novo e q ele era mais resistente, e melhor do que o meu antigo. Chegando em casa fui testar a máquina e o pedal. Daí eu percebi logo que o cabo era do meu pedal antigo, e que a sujeira q eu tinha visto antes era arranhões, e ao abrir o pedal vi que os fios estavam remendados com fita isolante e a placa de dentro estava enferrujada. Na mesma hora eu entro em contato com a loja, faço um vídeo mostrando a situação do pedal e mando pra eles, então ela fala pra mim ir lá no outro dia fazer a troca. Voltei na loja no outro dia para trocar, mas eles entenderam que era pra concertar, iam abrir o mesmo pedal concertar não sei o que e me devolver, e eu não quis, o dono ou responsável da loja foi super grosso falou que aquele pedal estava novo que não tinha problema nenhum com ele, e que estava enferrujado pq vem dentro de containers no navio, e quando eu questionei ele sobre o cabo q era do meu pedal antigo e pedir pra ele abrir e vê as fitas isolantes ele desconversava e não abriu e nem deixou eu abrir. Eles ainda queriam me dar um outro pedal de ferro tbm, mas eu não quis porque não era da minha máquina, eu queria um novo referente ao valor que eu paguei e que fosse o pedal certo para a minha máquina e não um adaptado. Ele pegou um novo e falou todo arrogante que estava me dando um novinho, pra mim não voltar lá depois pra reclamar, aí eu rebatir dizendo que ele não estava me dando nada que eu tinha pago que não foi de graça. Se foi falta de comunicação entre eles eu não sei, mas que pelo menos eles soubessem contornar a situação para evitar todo esse constrangimento. Agora pode quero vê se ele for comprar uma geladeira e ela chegar enferrujada na casa dele, e o vendedor falar pra ele a mesma coisa q ele falou pra mim, será q ele ia aceitar!

I went back to the store the other day to change, but they understood that it was to fix, they were going to open the same pedal, fix something and return it to me, and I didn't want to, the store owner or person in charge was super rude and said that that pedal was new that I had no problem with it, and that it was rusty because it comes inside containers on the ship, and when I asked him about the cable that was from my old pedal and ask him to open it and see the insulating tapes, he didn't talk and didn't open and didn't even let me open it. They still wanted to give me another iron pedal too, but I didn't want it because it wasn't from my machine, I wanted a new one related to the amount I paid and that was the right pedal for my machine and not an adapted one. He took a new one and said all arrogant that he was giving me a brand new one, so I wouldn't go back there later to complain, then I would say that he wasn't giving me anything that I had paid for, which wasn't free. If it was a lack of communication between them I don't know, but that at least they knew how to get around the situation to avoid all this embarrassment. Now I want to see if he goes to buy a refrigerator and it arrives rusty at his house, and the seller tells him the same thing he told me, would he accept it!
