★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São excelentes na hora de fazer contrato e locação, mas se vc for inquilino , se prepara na hora de devolver o imóvel, ainda mais se vc não comunicar os defeitos do imóvel que vc só vê depois de locado.. Vai ter que arcar as reformas e conserto do seu bolso mesmo que esses já estavam lá antes de vc chegar.

Acompanham todos os clientes, independente de ser locação ou venda, não deixam os clientes visitarem os imóveis sozinhos e prestam todo o apoio a eles.
