★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma roupa durante a quarentena, falaram nos posts do instagram que se não ficasse boa, poderia trocar quando a loja voltasse a abrir por outra peça, porém, quando a loja abriu, falaram que não poderia trocar por peças novas, somente as que tinham a tempo na loja, vesti várias peças e nenhuma ficou ideal, do jeito que eu queria, não tinha a opção de devolver o meu dinheiro, apenas a de troca. Porém, havia peças novas que poderiam ficar boas em mim, mas como não podia trocar pelas peças novas (mesmo pagando a diferença), sai super insatisfeita e com certeza não irei voltar mais, uma pena, pois sempre comprei roupa lá.
I bought an outfit during the quarantine, they said in the instagram posts that if it didn't look good, I could change it when the store opened for another piece, however, when the store opened, they said that I couldn't change it for new pieces, only the ones that had in time at the store, I put on several pieces and none were ideal, the way I wanted, I didn't have the option to return my money, only the exchange. However, there were new pieces that could look good on me, but as I could not exchange them for new pieces (even if I paid the difference), it is super dissatisfied and I certainly will not be returning, a pity, because I always bought clothes there.
