★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza é deliciosa, mas o atendimento presencial carece de estrutura, de pessoal e de material (não há pratos, talheres etc). Somente fornecem as luvas. Entendo que a proposta é priorizar o atendimento por delivery, mas isto deveria ser bem divulgado para que clientes mais antigos (como meu caso) não se surpreendam negativamente ao ir até a pizzaria.
The pizza is delicious, but the face-to-face service lacks structure, staff and material (there are no plates, cutlery, etc.). They only provide the gloves. I understand that the proposal is to prioritize delivery service, but this should be well publicized so that older customers (like me) are not negatively surprised when going to the pizzeria.
