Encomendei 3 quadros e cortaram todas as imagens. Pedi p diminuir o tamanho delas p caber, ficaram de me responder e não deram satisfação.
Aí depois mandaram mensagem dizendo que estava pronto. Meu marido pegou p mim pq estava viajando. Resultado: fiquei com um quadros que não queria.
Precisava de quadros para outros ambientes. Não sei se vou fazer nesse lugar não.
A gente pode comprar pronto,as opta por mandar fazer para ficar do nosso jeito, mas não sai. Sinceramente não vejo vantagem nisso.
It's quality, but we can't say it's something custom, because they don't do it the way we want it.
I ordered 3 frames and they cut all the images. I asked to reduce the size of them to fit, they replied and did not give me any satisfaction.
Then they sent a message saying it was ready. My husband picked me up because he was traveling. Result: I got a painting I didn't want.
I needed frames for other environments. I don't know if I'm going to do it in this place.
We can buy it ready-made, but choose to have it done to stay our way, but it doesn't come out. I honestly don't see the benefit of this.
