No entanto o atendimento não é bom, confuso e muiiito demorado, além do local ser barulhento (mesmo com um forro acústico) e para completar o som das caixas estava um pouco alto. Voltaria pela comida mas não pelo ambiente/atendimento. Aguardarei um tempo para isso...
I really liked what we ordered - starter, caipirosca and main course. Dishes are well served. However, the service is not good, confusing and very long, in addition to the place being noisy (even with an acoustic lining) and to complete the sound of the speakers was a little loud. I would go back for the food but not for the ambiance/service. I'll wait a while for that...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje pedi uma costela ao barbecue com fritas e a mesma teve o tamanho reduzido e o preço aumentado, a batata veio murcha, provavelmente ficou pronta antes da carne e serviram assim mesmo. O arroz com alho veio com tanta cebolinha que não consegui comer de tão amargo que ficou, antes não era assim. Fora o atendimento péssimo, garçom que te ignora e não faz questão em oferecer um bom atendimento.
Peço para que arrumem a tranca do sanitário masculino, é constrangedor quando outra pessoa abre a porta durante o uso por não ter como trancar a porta, também é preciso manter a higiene dos banheiros.
Se querem cobrar caro, que invistam na qualidade do atendimento, produto, infraestrutura, funcionário e higiene. Há anos frequento o local e cada vez que vou está pior, espero que melhorem!
Today I ordered a barbecue rib with fries and it was reduced in size and the price increased, the potato came withered, it was probably ready before the meat and they served it anyway. The garlic rice came with so many chives that I couldn't eat it because it was so bitter, it wasn't like that before. Apart from the terrible service, waiter who ignores you and doesn't make a point of offering good service.
I ask them to fix the lock on the men's toilet, it's embarrassing when someone else opens the door during use because they can't lock the door, it's also necessary to maintain the hygiene of the bathrooms.
If they want to charge dearly, they should invest in the quality of service, product, infrastructure, employee and hygiene. I've been going to this place for years and every time I go it gets worse, I hope they get better!
