★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrivél...começando pelo atendimento péssimo, paguei um absurdo por uma pernoite 160,00 q vai até as 8:00 fiquei até as 9:00 paguei um adicional de 60,00. Mas não tive a coragem de entrar na banheira imunda assim como o banheiro e ainda tem um cachorro que não é nada amigável no patio, jamais retornaria. Zero estrela
 Terrible ... starting with the poor service, I paid nonsense for an overnight stay of 160.00 until 8:00 I stayed until 9:00 paid an additional 60.00. But I didn't have the guts to get into the filthy tub like the bathroom and there's still a dog that's not friendly on the patio, would never return. Zero star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo local. Descarga quebrada, vaso sanitário e hidromassagem manchados. Paguei sem utilizar e quando fui reclamar do ambiente ainda fui destratada pelas atendentes.
Bad place. Broken flush, stained toilet and whirlpool. I paid without using it and when I complained about the environment I was still treated by the attendants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei uma suíte com hidro e água não esquentava liguei pra recepção informaram que e so esperar não usei mais e apos 1h encerrei a conta e disse a recepção que ainda não esquenta a agua e não pude usar a hidro a recepção me passa que aí e problema meu não deles
I paid for a suite with hydro and water it didn't heat I called reception they informed that and just wait I didn't use it anymore and after 1 am I closed the account and told the reception that the water still doesn't heat and I couldn't use the hydro the reception gives me that there is a problem my not theirs

Very good, everything I used in perfect condition very clean hydromassage bath working hot water tv and air conditioning very good bed with new sheets and well maintained good service new doors best motel in Maracanaú

Falei com o gerente ele me falou que os que falam mal e pq davam trabalho para pagar
So tenho que indicar esse motel

Good clean environment, excellent price, TVs working with sex channel and music, new sheets and great service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma espelunca completa. Portas do quarto e do banheiro quebradas, descarga do banheiro quebrada, banheiro e hidro cheia de manchas, gesso do teto caindo e equipamentos sem funcionar. Pior estabelecimento que já entrei, nem o interfone com a recepção funcionou. Quando fui reclamar, fui destratado pelas atendentes, que foram altamente grosseiras e desrespeitosas, sem contar que me cobraram o valor integral por 10 minutos que passei lá. Enfim, péssimo, não recomendo!
A complete dump. Broken bedroom and bathroom doors, broken toilet flush, stained toilet and hydro, falling ceiling plaster and non-functioning equipment. Worst establishment I've ever entered, not even the intercom with the reception worked. When I went to complain, I was treated badly by the attendants, who were highly rude and disrespectful, not to mention that they charged me the full amount for the 10 minutes I spent there. Anyway, terrible, I don't recommend it!

Horrible never but floors in this establishment charge expensive room without air sound tv everything is defective not to mention that the employees obs the customer due to the gap in the door and fridge on the wall, leave the room right away
