★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estamos praticamente 2 vezes na semana, não reclamo do lugar, agora a atendente é podre, muito mal educada , pedimos apenas um dedinho de café, pois o bule era muito, sei que ela não tem obrigação, mais estamos toda semana, enfim, não estaremos mais, essa foi a última vez, lembrando que não seria de graça, iríamos pagar, ela respondeu bule 11,00, falei mas é muito café , ela o bule é 11,00, muito mal educada, não trata o cliente como se deve, acho que nem gerente tem, ela fala com autonomia. Isso aconteceu dia 21/09/2021, as 18hs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei caro pela qualidade do serviço... o design do quarto é lindo porém o quarto é mal cuidado, falta gesso em algumas partes, balcão sujo, box do banheiro sujo... achei caro pela qualidade, pois no motel Pólen eles dão café da manhã de cortesia, além de prover CHINELOS que são muito importantes até por conta da Hidro, como o quarto tem escada poderia até cair sabe
Não tem copos e pratos nas suítes, eles cobram por isso, achei mercenario
Só vim pelo pólen estar cheio, e já percebi que não volto mais. Poderia ser melhor.

I thought it was expensive for the quality, because at the Pollen motel they give coffee in the morning free of charge, in addition to providing SLIPPERS that are very important even on behalf of Hidro, as the room has stairs, it could even fall, you know.
There are no cups and plates in the suites, they charge for that, I found a mercenary
I only came because the pollen is full, and I've already realized that I'm not coming back. Could be better.

Além dos pernilongos que mesmo com a janela fechada infernizaram, acabou aparecendo 3 baratas, aquelas pequenas, mas apareceu e dá um ar de que não dói higienizado direito o quarto.
Banheira com hidro ok.
Travesseiros muuito gastos.
I ended up giving this motel two chances and unfortunately I won't be back.
In addition to the mosquitoes that even with the window closed they made hell, 3 cockroaches ended up appearing, those small ones, but they appeared and gives an air that doesn't hurt properly sanitized the room.
Bath with hydro ok.
Very worn pillows.
