★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho nada a falar do atendimento, pois todos são muito atencioso, mas me decepcionei quando cheguei com dois pneus novos para substituir os velhos como também serem balanceados, momento em que um funcionário disse que a norma da empresa não permite tal serviço, só se os pneus fossem comprados na loja, mesmo eu fazendo o balanceamento na mesma. Achei isso um absurdo, pois no tempo de hoje, tendo tanta tecnologia, uma loja com até um certo nome no mercado, não ter a capacidade de executar um simples serviço. Imagina um grupo de motociclistas precisando de tal serviço e indicam a moto Cruz Vitória? Que decepção e transtorno causaria? Acho que isso deveria ser revisto.
I have nothing to say about the service, as everyone is very attentive, but I was disappointed when I arrived with two new tires to replace the old ones as well as being balanced, a moment when an employee said that the company's norm does not allow such service, only if the tires were bought at the store, even though I balanced them. I thought this was absurd, because in today's time, having so much technology, a store with a certain name on the market, not being able to perform a simple service. Can you imagine a group of motorcyclists in need of such a service and indicate the Cruz Vitória motorcycle? What disappointment and upset would it cause? I think this should be reviewed.
