★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoas sem vontade alguma de ajudar, deu problema no rolamento da moto da minha esposa , a 500 metros da oficina, liguei e disseram que não dava pra ir buscar , deixei a moto em um posto de combustível parada e fui até a oficina e pedir pra ir buscar não é que não precisava de urgência e mesmo assim não mostraram a mínima vontade em ajudar, iria ganhar um cliente , mas será o último local que irei pensar em levar minha moto.
 People with no desire to help, there was a problem with the rolling of my wife's bike, 500 meters from the workshop, I called and said they couldn't get it, I left the bike at a gas station and went to the workshop and asked to going to get it is not that I didn’t need urgency and even then they didn’t show the slightest desire to help, it would win a client, but it will be the last place I’ll think of taking my bike.

Fui bem recepcionado , mesmo não sendo de Americana SP e nem do estado de São Paulo.
Como carioca eu indico sem dúvidas essa oficina para aqueles motociclista que estiverem viajando pela a rendodeza de Americana, é do ligar para o Só em que ele irá resolver ou mandar alguém solucionar o problema..

I thank Mr Alan the owner and his assistants ..without taking any ..they are all very professional in what they do and honest in their diagnoses.
I was well received, even though I wasn't from Americana SP or the state of São Paulo.
As a carioca, I no doubt recommend this workshop to those motorcyclists who are traveling around Americana, it's by calling Only where he will solve the problem or send someone to solve the problem..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hoje na oficina da Moto Giro com um problema na relação (coroa ovalada) da minha VStrom 650, que passou por uma autorizada Suzuki e não resolveram. Recebi um excelente atendimento com todos os testes e explicações. fizeram todos os ajustes necessários de forma rápida e eficiente e resolveram o problema. Parabéns a toda equipe e em especial ao Fabio que me atendeu prontamente!!!
I went to the Moto Giro workshop today with a problem with the relationship (oval crown) of my VStrom 650, which went through an authorized Suzuki and they didn't solve it. I received excellent service with all tests and explanations. made all necessary adjustments quickly and efficiently and resolved the issue. Congratulations to all staff and especially to Fabio who answered me promptly !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não me enganei não Amigo, primeiramente liguei , expliquei a situação e não mostraram a mínima vontade de ir buscar a moto , detalhe a 500 metros da oficina e não iria gastar 10 minutos , fui até a oficina , e pedi novamente pra ir ao local e disse que não precisava de urgência pois a moto estava em um local seguro a unica coisa que me falaram ( Estamos enrolados de serviço não da pra ir buscar agora e não sei o horário que vamos poder ir) Ou seja não mostram a minima vontade , eu era o rapaz de camisa branca fui logo de manhã e o proprietário gritou pra alguém me atender. Mas é apenas uma avaliação e que revejam o atendimento de vocês pra conseguirem e não perder clientes.
