O que mais me incomodou foi eu ter q ficar ligando para saber o que estava acontecendo, fiquei esperando por muito tempo até eu tomar a iniciativa de ir atrás da demora.
I asked for a 14:15 delivery and it is already 16:56, they still haven't arrived with my order. I called and I was told it would take 30 min yet.
What bothered me the most was that I had to keep calling to find out what was going on, I was waiting for a long time until I took the initiative to go after the delay.
