Liguei em ambas lojas e em celulares de vendedores, ngm atendeu.
Unidade perto da TeddeWork fechada das 13 até às 14;30 (horário que estive lá na frente).
Não recomendo
1 month after the purchase of a semi-new motorcycle, there were technical problems.
I called in both stores and sellers' cell phones, no one answered.
Unit near TeddeWork closed from 1 pm until 2:30 pm (time I was there in the front).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, pessoal extremamente desorganizado, fizeram eu voltar umas 3 vezes na loja por conta de terem perdido o contrato de compra da moto, em menos de 1 mês a moto deu problema no velocimetro levei para arrumar e alegaram que era normal ela marcar a velocidade errada e não deram assistência, e agora 6 meses depois da compra com o documento já no meu nome a financiadora vem até a porta da minha casa falar que a moto mania não enviou para eles o contrato de compra e venda da moto e pedem para eu assinar tudo de novo! Pelo amor de Deus, não recomendo a ninguém, não volto lá e se pudesse não passava nem na frente! Um descaso total com os clientes que trabalham o dia todo e tem q ficar correndo atrás para corrigir o erro deles!
Horrible, extremely disorganized people, they made me go back to the store about 3 times because they had lost the contract to buy the bike, in less than 1 month the bike had a problem with the speedometer I took to fix it and claimed that it was normal for her to set the wrong speed and they didn’t give assistance, and now 6 months after the purchase with the document already in my name the financier comes to the door of my house to say that the moto mania didn’t send them the contract to buy and sell the motorcycle and they ask me to sign all over again! For the love of God, I don't recommend it to anyone, I don't go back there and if I could, I wouldn't even go ahead! A total neglect with customers who work all day and have to keep running to correct their mistake!
