O guincho deixou minha moto lá em um dia, e meu telefone para contato. Ninguém ligou e no dia seguinte quando liguei pra saber, daíeu falei ok, troque. E com um tom bem desagradável a pessoa me falou: não tem a peça aqui não, e não disse mais nada. Se eu não ligasse pra saber não sei até quando a moto ficaria lá.
It lacked attention and kindness.
My only experience with the store:
The tow truck left my bike there in one day, and my contact number. Nobody called and the next day when I called to find out, then I said ok, change. And in a very unpleasant tone, the person said to me: there is no piece here, and I said nothing more. If I didn't call to find out, I don't even know when the bike would be there.
