Falta de educação, não sabem atender, uma informação simples como o Codigo de rastreio a mulher não sabe te informar.
Do not use their service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento HORRÍVEL, fui atendida por 2 pessoas e a 2 mal educadas, então já resolvi até cancelar o serviço, porque com o empenho que atender, com certeza algo ia dar errado. Se não serve nem para um atendimento educado, sinal que o serviço não é bom.
HORRIBLE service, I was attended by 2 people and 2 rude people, so I've even decided to cancel the service, because with the commitment that I answer, something was definitely going to go wrong. If it's not even good for polite service, it's a sign that the service isn't good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei entrega de exames, paguei adiantado, informei os números de atendimento - eram quatro atendimentos; entregaram apenas dois, sendo que uma impressão de imagem chegou dobrada (e não podia ter dobrado a impressão) e toda amassada, talvez por isso terei de refazer o exame, se não conseguir outra impressão. Péssimo atendimento, serviço ineficiente e descuidado, não recomendo.
I requested delivery of exams, paid in advance, informed the service numbers - there were four appointments; they delivered only two, and an image print arrived folded (and I couldn't have folded the print) and all wrinkled, maybe that's why I'll have to redo the exam, if I can't get another print. Poor service, inefficient and careless service, I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quis solicitar um motoboy Particular para retirada de um exame no Hospital IBCC e entrega em São Judas, a atendente em duas ligações que fiz para solicitar o serviço, me disse de maneira equivocada que o IBCC não entrega exame para terceiros, eu insisti dizendo que eu liguei no IBCC e eles disseram que entregavam sim, precisaria apenas do protocolo, seja por foto ou papel. E devido a minha insistência e eles não querendo me atender. Disseram que o serviço ficaria 50 reais , e pegariam em um dia e entregariam apenas no outro. Péssimo!! Baixei o app da Lalamove, fiz o mesmo pedido, e saiu 23 reais em 40 min retiraram e entregaram! Moto Rápido precisa aprender a ser uma empresa!
I wanted to request a private motorcycle courier to collect an exam at the IBCC Hospital and deliver it to São Judas, the attendant in two calls I made to request the service, mistakenly told me that the IBCC does not deliver the exam to third parties, I insisted that I I called the IBCC and they said they would deliver, I would just need the protocol, either by photo or paper. And due to my insistence and them not wanting to attend to me. They said the service would be 50 reais, and they would pick up one day and deliver only the next. Terrible!! I downloaded the Lalamove app, made the same order, and it came out 23 reais in 40 min they picked up and delivered! Moto Fast needs to learn to be a company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato dia 17/02 para solicitar a entrega só exame de polissonografia a atendente discutiu comigo alegando que lá não entregavam esse exame, e continuou a falar que eu desisti, falei tá bom moça se você não quer entregar o exame não precisa, agradeci e desliguei o telefone. Fui retirar o exame pessoalmente no sábado e hoje dia 21 o exame chegou na minha empresa, olha que coisa né o exame que a clínica não fazia. Fora que uma outra pessoa recebeu e pagou a taxa de 20,00. Sem educação a analista totalmente, super grossa. Entrei em contato com o atendimento novamente falei com duas analistas e por fim fiquei na espera que novamente desisti. Não contratem esses empresa de entrega e vcs laboratórios antes de indicar uma empresa de entrega verifiquem se eles vão cumprir o que oferecem. MUITO INSATISFEITA

I got in touch on 02/17 to request delivery only for the polysomnography exam, the attendant argued with me claiming that they didn't deliver this exam there, and continued to say that I gave up, I said okay, lady if you don't want to deliver the exam, you don't have to, thank you and hung up the phone. I went to take the exam in person on Saturday and today, the 21st, the exam arrived at my company, look what a thing, the exam that the clinic didn't do. Outside that another person received and paid the fee of 20.00. Totally uneducated analyst, super thick. I contacted customer service again, I spoke to two analysts and finally I was on hold and I gave up again. Do not hire these delivery companies and you laboratories before indicating a delivery company, check if they will fulfill what they offer. VERY DISSATISFIED
