★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles tem tudo para se tornarem um boa loja , formar uma boa clientela mas : precisam aprender que o seu pós venda tem quer ser tão bom quanto a sua venda . Comprei uma peça pra trocar na hora ( na oficina do lado ) a peça por ser paralela , não encaixou . Quando voltei pra trocar ( a expressão da vendedora ) foi a pior , mudou da água pro vinho . É uma pena , mas acho eles vão aprender !
 They have everything to become a good store , to form a good clientele but : they need to learn that their after sales must be as good as their sales . I bought a part to exchange at the time (at the workshop next door) the part, as it is parallel, it did not fit. When I came back to change (the seller's expression) it was the worst, she changed from water to wine. It's a shame, but I think they'll learn!
