★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu geralmente uso o serviço de um aplicativo para coletas e entregas, que é bastante confiável (já utilizei eles 50 vezes e nunca tive problema) porém nesse momento eles não tinham disponibilidade de portador próximo, apesar do valor ser mais de 50% mais baixo do que o de vocês, e eu precisava de uma coleta urgente. Por isso não avalio o serviço com bom custo-beneficio. Por outro lado, o Glauber atendeu a minha necessidade prontamente e acredito que em 30 minutos minha solicitação foi concluída. Então avalio como excelente qualidade no atendimento porém o custo poderia ser mais competitivo. De todo modo será sempre minha segunda opção quando eu precisar de uma coleta. Obrigada Glauber.
I usually use the service of an application for collections and deliveries, which is quite reliable (I've used them 50 times and never had a problem) but at that time they didn't have a nearby carrier, despite the value being more than 50% lower than the than yours, and I needed an urgent pickup. That's why I don't rate the service as good value for money. On the other hand, Glauber responded to my need promptly and I believe that in 30 minutes my request was completed. So I assess the quality of service as excellent, but the cost could be more competitive. Anyway it will always be my second choice when I need a pickup. Thank you Glauber.
