★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabalho sem comprometimento e responsabilidade com horário. Paguei 70 reais adiantado e marquei horário. Foi 1 hora e meia de espera sem atenderem o telefone ou dar satisfação. Tive que procurar outra prestador. Como já havia pago pedi para retirarem um documento e entregarem em outro lugar. Fiquei esperando por duas horas. A mesma história não atendiam o telefone ou desligaram. Quando finalmente consegui falar me informaram que estava "chegando". Para fechar o pacote quando liguei mais uma vez para reclamar o atendente se dirigiu a mim me chamando de "pequena". E inacreditável a falta de respeito e compromisso dessa empresa.
 Work without commitment and responsibility with schedule. I paid 70 reais in advance and made an appointment. It was 1 hour and a half of waiting without answering the phone or giving satisfaction. I had to look for another provider. As I had already paid, I asked them to remove a document and deliver it elsewhere. I was waiting for two hours. Same story they didn't answer the phone or hung up. When I finally managed to speak, they informed me that I was "coming". To close the package when I called again to complain the attendant addressed me calling me "small". The lack of respect and commitment from this company is unbelievable.
